I PLAY WATCH is a social product provided by Guangzhou Yicai Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (registered at Room 403, No. 8, Cai'er Industrial Zone 2nd Street, Donghuan Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "I PLAY WATCH"). To explain how I PLAY WATCH collects, uses and stores your personal information and what rights you have, we will explain the relevant matters to you through the "I PLAY WATCH Privacy Policy Summary" and this guide, the main points are as follows:
1. We will explain one by one the types of your personal information we collect and their corresponding purposes, so that you can understand the specific categories of personal information, reasons for use and collection methods we collect for a specific function.
2. When you use certain functions, we will collect your sensitive personal information after obtaining your consent. Unless required by relevant laws and regulations, refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the relevant specific functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of I PLAY WATCH.
3. We will not actively share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside Zhuhai Xinrun Information Technology Co., Ltd. If there are other sharing or transfer of your personal information, or if you need us to share or transfer your personal information to third parties outside Zhuhai Xinrun Information Technology Co., Ltd., we will directly obtain or confirm that the third party has obtained your express consent to the above actions, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or except for the protection of user rights or the ecological security of I PLAY WATCH. In addition, we will conduct risk assessments on the behavior of providing information externally.
4. We will not actively obtain your personal information from third parties outside Zhuhai Xinrun Information Technology Co., Ltd. If it is necessary to obtain your personal information from third parties for business development, we will verify the legality of the source in accordance with the law, or clearly indicate to you the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it. If the personal information processing activities required for I PLAY WATCH's business development exceed the scope of authorization and consent when you originally provided personal information to third parties, we will obtain your express consent before processing your personal information; in addition, we will strictly comply with the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
5. You can check, correct, copy, and delete your personal information through the methods listed in this guide, and you can also withdraw consent, cancel your account, complain and report, and set privacy functions such as personalized advertising.
6. In order to collect your information under this guide, or to provide you with services, optimize our services and protect the security of your account, we will need to obtain relevant permissions from you; among them, sensitive permissions such as address book, location, camera, microphone, photo album, etc. will not be enabled by default. They will only be called or used within the scope of your consent after you explicitly agree. For permissions you have authorized to us, you can also query the types of system permissions we have called or used and the purpose of use in "Me - Settings - Personal Information and Permissions - System Permission Management", and manage them uniformly.
It should be specially noted that our obtaining a specific sensitive permission does not mean that we will necessarily collect your relevant information; even if we have obtained sensitive permissions, we will only collect your relevant information within the necessary scope and during your use of the relevant services or functions in accordance with this guide.

1. The information we collect and use
During your use of theI PLAY WATCHservice, we will collect and use information that you voluntarily provide or generate as a result of using the service in the following manner:
1.1 When you register for I PLAY WATCH service, we collect and use your nickname, avatar, and phone number. These information are collected to help you complete the registration and use social features of I PLAY WATCH, and to protect the security of your I PLAY WATCHaccount. The collection and use of your phone number is to meet the real identity information verification requirements stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. If you do not provide such information, you may not be able to use our services normally. You may also choose to provide additional information such as gender and region according to your own needs. Additionally, you may choose to provide your voiceprint feature values to use the voice lock feature. This information is considered sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will only result in your inability to use the voice lock feature, but will not affect your normal use of other I PLAY WATCHfunctions.
1.2 When you use I PLAY WATCH services, in order to ensure your normal use of our services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect and use your device model, operating system, unique device identifier (Android devices such as AndroidID/OAID, iOS devices such as IDFA before iOS14.5), login IP address, I PLAY WATCH software version number, network access method, type and status, network quality data, device accelerometer (such as gravity sensor), operation logs, service log information (such as your search, view operation records, service failure information, referral URLs and other information) and other log information in I PLAY WATCH. At the same time, to prevent viruses, Trojan programs or other malicious programs and websites, we may collect application information installed on your device, running process information or data stored in device memory to prevent your personal information from being leaked.
1.3 When you use the I PLAY WATCH Moments feature, in order to allow your friends to browse the content you share, we will collect, use and display according to the rules you set: the text, photos, videos, location information (to achieve location function, we may collect and use your nearby WIFI information, your device's nearby base station ID i.e. CellID), comments, likes, Moments cover and other information of your published Moments. You can also delete your above Moments information at any time. Unless you choose independently or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above Moments information to the public or use it for other purposes beyond this function. You can set the visibility range of Moments content in "Settings" - "Friend Permissions" - "Moments".
1.4 When you use I PLAY WATCH official accounts (including subscription accounts and service accounts, hereinafter also referred to as "official accounts"), in order to better provide you with relevant services (including system and information security, false message identification, etc.), and to provide you with more convenient, high-quality and personalized services and content in the recommendation function of the "Subscription Account Messages" page, we will collect and use your official account following, unfollowing, interaction records, as well as reading, viewing, collecting, recommending, sharing of official account information content and I PLAY WATCH internal floating window management (add to floating window/remove from floating window/close floating window) and other operation records. You can click the icon in the upper right corner of the "Subscription Account Messages" page to enter the subscription account list, click "..." in the upper right corner of the "Subscription Account List" page - click "Settings" at the bottom of the page - click "Personalized Recommendations for Subscription Account Messages", and choose to turn off the personalized content recommendation service for the recommendation function in subscription account messages.
When you use the subscription account function, in order to display the articles published by the official accounts you follow more reasonably, we will also use your operation records such as reading and viewing subscription account information content to optimize the sorting display of articles. You can also click the icon in the upper right corner of the "Subscription Account Messages" page to enter the subscription account list and switch to sorting display based on article publication time.
If the official account subject needs to obtain your personal information through I PLAY WATCH when providing services to you, we will provide your personal information to the official account subject after obtaining your explicit consent, and the specific scope of provision shall be subject to your consent in the interactive page. You can also manage relevant information in the settings page of the official account, such as turning off providing your location information.
1.5 When you use the search capability (including search and more) in I PLAY WATCH, in order to provide you with more accurate location-related search services, we will collect your location information after obtaining your voluntary consent. Refusing to provide this information may prevent you from using the above functions or prevent you from achieving the intended effect of the relevant services provided based on location information, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of I PLAY WATCH.
1.6 When you use I PLAY WATCH voice input, voice-to-text conversion, search function for chat content (including text messages and images), and I PLAY WATCH internal translation functions (including translating text and text in images, as well as using the write-as-you-translate function), we will collect your voice content, voice or text information to be converted, and information to be translated, which are necessary to achieve the above functions. We will process it in real time and return the processing result to you without saving your data.
1.7 When you recharge in I PLAY WATCH or use I PLAY WATCH points, we will collect your recharge order information and usage records, which are necessary to provide you with this function. To learn more about I PLAY WATCH points, you can further refer to the "I PLAY WATCH Points and Related Function Terms of Use".
1.8 I PLAY WATCH payment function is provided to you by Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter also referred to as "Tenpay"). When you activate the I PLAY WATCH payment function, Tenpay will collect your name, ID card number or other legal identification document number, bank card type and card number, validity period and mobile phone number reserved with the bank; when you use I PLAY WATCH payment, Tenpay will also collect your relevant transaction orders and payment records for your convenience in inquiry. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the I PLAY WATCH payment function, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of I PLAY WATCH. To learn more about the privacy policy of I PLAY WATCH payment function, you can further refer to the "Tenpay Privacy Policy".
1.9 When you use the interoperability function of I PLAY WATCH with other software or hardware, the providers of other software or hardware can obtain the relevant information you actively provide, disclose or transmit in I PLAY WATCH after obtaining your consent. You should fully understand the product functions and personal information processing rules of other software or hardware before choosing.
1.10 When you use the Moments feature, we will collect the content you post, the status icons you choose and location information to display to other users, which is necessary to achieve this function. We will display this information accordingly during the display period of the specific status information (please refer to the prompt in the status settings interface for the validity period of the status display) based on your choice of public or not. You can also delete the status at any time to delete this information. Unless you choose independently or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above status information to the public or use it for other purposes beyond this function.
1.11 When you use the collection function of I PLAY WATCH to store various types of information, this information will be uploaded and stored on our servers so that you can use this information when you log in to I PLAY WATCH on other devices, which is necessary to achieve the collection function. We will store the information you collect in an encrypted manner, and you can also delete the information you collect at any time. Unless you choose independently or comply with relevant laws and regulations, we will not provide the above information to the public or use it for other purposes beyond this function.
1.12 You can fill in gender, region, personal signature, address and other information in your personal information column. This information will be uploaded and stored on our servers so that you can use this information when you log in to I PLAY WATCH on other devices. You can also modify or delete this information at any time.
1.13 When you use the I PLAY WATCH group chat function, group chat name, group announcement, group member nickname, group settings, remarks, chat background image you set and other information will be stored on our servers, which is necessary to achieve this function. Your avatar, nickname and other information will also be displayed to group members.
1.14 We will not collect your chat records. Your chat records in I PLAY WATCH will be stored on your terminal device. You can choose to back up, delete or transfer them between different devices.
1.15 Third-party services within the I PLAY WATCH service are provided by external third-party entities, and I PLAY WATCH is unable to obtain the information generated when you use such third-party services. However, if you have explicitly consented to the third party obtaining your location information, the third party will receive the relevant information through the I PLAY WATCH interface. Refusing to provide this information will only prevent you from using the aforementioned third-party services, but will not affect your normal use of I PLAY WATCH's functions.
1.16 If you contact our customer service, we may require you to provide necessary personal information for identity verification to ensure the security of your account. To provide services based on your requests, with your authorization, our customer service representatives may need to query or verify your relevant information within the scope of your authorization. We will take technical and managerial measures to the greatest extent possible to protect the security and confidentiality of your information and use it only within the necessary scope. We may also retain your contact information (such as the phone number or other contact details you used or proactively provided), your communication records and content with us, and other necessary information, in order to provide and document customer service for you.
1.17 Additionally, under applicable laws, regulations, and national standards, we may process your personal information without seeking your prior authorization in the following circumstances:
a) Necessary for the personal information handler to fulfill legal obligations or statutory duties;
b) Necessary for concluding or performing a contract in which you are a party;
c) Necessary for responding to public health emergencies, or in emergencies to protect the life, health, and property safety of individuals;
d) Processing your personally disclosed or otherwise lawfully publicly available personal information within reasonable limits as permitted by law;
e) Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
1.18 Please understand that the features and services we provide are continuously being updated and developed. If the processing rules regarding the collection and use of your information for a particular feature or service are not described above, we will separately inform you through page prompts, interactive processes, website announcements, or similar methods about the scope, purpose, and methods of information collection, and obtain your consent.
1.19 We may use information collected through certain features for our other services. For example, we may use information collected when you use one of our features or services in another feature or service to provide specific content to you or your friends, including but not limited to displaying advertisements (you can manage the personalized advertisements I PLAY WATCH provides via “Me—Settings—Personal Information and Permissions—Personalized Advertisement Management”), issuing security alerts about content you have read, performing indirect user profiling based on feature tags to deliver more precise and personalized services and content, and protecting user rights or the security of the I PLAY WATCH ecosystem.
1.20 To ensure service security and help us better understand the performance of our application, we may record certain information, such as your frequency of using the application, crash data, overall usage, performance data, and the source of the application. We will not combine the information stored in our analytics software with any personally identifiable information you provide within the application.
1.21 If we intend to use your personal information beyond the purposes you have authorized or beyond purposes directly or reasonably related to those purposes, we will inform you again and obtain your explicit consent before using your personal information.
1.22 Please note that currently I PLAY WATCH does not proactively obtain your personal information from third parties outside Zhuhai Xinrun Information Technology Co., Ltd. If, in the future, we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties for business development purposes, we will clearly inform you of the source, type, and intended use of your personal information before obtaining it. If the personal information processing activities we conduct exceed the original scope of authorization you provided to the third party, we will obtain your explicit consent prior to processing such personal information.
Additionally, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and require third parties to ensure the legality of the information they provide.
2. Storage of Information
2.1 Location of Information Storage
We will store the user personal information collected within China as required by laws and regulations. If your personal information is transferred from within China to overseas, we will strictly comply with legal requirements in such cases.
2.2 Retention Period of Information
Generally, we retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by laws and administrative regulations. For example:
Phone number: Whether you register a new I PLAY WATCH account via phone number or otherwise use I PLAY WATCH services, we need to retain your phone number (including the initial registration number, linked numbers, etc.) continuously to ensure your normal use of the service. After you cancel your I PLAY WATCH account, we will delete the corresponding information in accordance with applicable laws;
Dynamic content: When you post dynamic content, we retain such information to ensure your normal use of the dynamic features. Once you delete your dynamic content, we will delete the corresponding information.
If our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or similar means, and delete your personal information or perform anonymization within a reasonable timeframe. ("Anonymization" in this guideline refers to technical processing of personal information such that the data subject cannot be identified, and the processed data cannot be restored. Information resulting from anonymized personal data is no longer considered personal information.)
3. Information Security
We strive to safeguard user information security to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized alteration, access, or disclosure.
We use various security measures at a reasonable security level to protect information. For example, we use encryption technologies (e.g., SSL), de-identification, and anonymization to protect your personal information.
We continuously enhance the security capabilities of the software installed on your device through advanced technical measures to prevent leakage of your personal information. For instance, we perform partial data encryption locally on your device to ensure secure transmission; to prevent viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs or websites, we may collect information about apps installed on your device, running processes, or data stored in device memory; to prevent fraud, account theft, impersonation, and for security checks, we may analyze and use data such as unique device identifiers, login IP addresses, operation logs, and location information to implement security measures or issue security alerts.
We have established dedicated management systems, operational procedures, and organizational structures to ensure information security. For example, we strictly limit the scope of personnel who can access information, require them to comply with confidentiality obligations, and conduct audits. In addition, I PLAY WATCH has established an independent oversight body primarily composed of external members to supervise our personal information protection practices.
In the event of a personal data breach or other security incident, we will activate emergency response plans and remedial measures to prevent the incident from escalating, and fulfill our legal obligations to report and notify accordingly.
Currently, I PLAY WATCH has completed classification, registration, and annual evaluation under the national Cybersecurity Protection Level (Level 3), and meets the requirements of internationally recognized standards such as ISO27001 and the International Information Security Management System, and has obtained the corresponding certifications.
We make every effort to protect your personal information. We also ask you to understand that no security measure can be completely foolproof.
4. Information Sharing
4.1 For purposes such as ad delivery and evaluation and optimization of advertising performance, we need to share certain of your data with third-party partners such as advertisers and their agents. We require these partners to strictly comply with our data privacy protection measures and requirements, including but not limited to processing data under data protection agreements, commitment letters, and relevant data processing policies, avoiding identification of personal identities, and ensuring privacy security. 4.2 We will not share information that can be used to identify your personal identity with partners unless you have explicitly authorized us to do so.
4.3 When you use the I PLAY WATCH login feature on websites or applications operated by third-party entities, we will provide your personal information to such third parties. The specific scope of information shared will be as confirmed by you on the interaction page. Except for this, we will not provide your personal information to such third parties without your explicit consent. You can view the list of applications you have authorized via “Me—Settings—Personal Information and Permissions—Authorization Management”, and manage or revoke your authorized information.
4.4 To ensure the implementation of certain independent features and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, we may embed third-party SDKs within our application. We will carefully assess the purposes for using such SDKs. For more information about the purposes, methods, and scope of personal information processing by these SDKs, please refer to the "Third-Party Information Sharing List".
As our business continues to develop, we may engage in transactions such as mergers or divisions. If such transactions involve the transfer of personal information, we will inform you of the relevant circumstances and continue to protect your personal information in accordance with legal requirements and standards no less stringent than those outlined in this guideline, or require the new data processor to continue protecting your personal information.
5. Your Rights
During your use of I PLAY WATCH, we provide corresponding settings in our product design to help you conveniently access, copy, correct, or delete your personal information, as well as exercise your rights to withdraw consent for personal information processing and to cancel your account. You may refer to the guidance below for instructions. Additionally, we have established channels for complaints, reporting, and requests for explanations, and your feedback and requests will be handled promptly.
Please note that operational settings may vary between different operating systems and different versions of the I PLAY WATCH software. Additionally, we may adjust these settings from time to time to optimize your user experience. Therefore, the following guidance is for reference only. If you have any questions regarding how to exercise your rights or the procedures involved, you may contact us using the methods disclosed in Section 9 of this policy.

Note: After you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information as required by laws and regulations such as the PRC Cybersecurity Law. After the necessary retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
6. Changes
We may revise this guideline from time to time. When there are significant changes to the terms, we will present the updated guideline to you through push notifications, pop-up windows, or other appropriate means that comply with legal requirements, upon your login or app update.
7. Protection of Minors
We place great importance on protecting the personal information of minors. According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain prior written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the I PLAY WATCH service. If you are a guardian of a minor and have any questions regarding the personal information of the minor under your care, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 9.
Specifically, if you are a child under the age of 14, we have prepared a dedicated “Children's Privacy Protection Statement.” Children and their guardians should carefully read the “Children's Privacy Protection Statement” specially formulated by I PLAY WATCH before completing account registration for children under 14. Only after the guardian has provided consent to the “Children's Privacy Protection Statement” may children under 14 use the I PLAY WATCH service.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 I PLAY WATCH's “Privacy Policy” is a general privacy clause that applies universally. The user rights and information security safeguards stipulated therein apply to all I PLAY WATCH users. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the I PLAY WATCH “Privacy Policy” and this guideline, the provisions of this guideline shall prevail.
8.2 For certain specific services or features, we may separately inform you of the purposes, methods, or scope of personal information processing through interactive text, product interfaces, pop-up windows, or similar means. If the content of such separate notices differs from this guideline, the separately provided information shall prevail.
8.3 The “Children's Privacy Protection Statement” is an information protection rule applicable to child users under the age of 14. Within the scope of its applicability, if there is any inconsistency or conflict between the “Children's Privacy Protection Statement” and the I PLAY WATCH “Privacy Policy” or this guideline, the “Children's Privacy Protection Statement” shall prevail.
