End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to IPLAYWATCH (hereinafter referred to as "the Application"). Before using the Application, please carefully read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the Application immediately.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Guangzhou Yicai Technology (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on compatible devices solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2 You acknowledge and agree that, except for the rights expressly granted in this Agreement, you have no right to copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer the Application in any manner.

2. User Account and Security

2.1 Using certain features of the Application requires you to create an account and provide necessary registration information. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information and to update your information regularly.

2.2 You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account, including preventing unauthorized access. If you discover any unauthorized use or security vulnerabilities, you shall immediately notify us.

3. User Conduct and Responsibility

3.1 When using the Application, you agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respect the legitimate rights and interests of others, and shall not engage in the following behaviors:

• Publishing, transmitting, or sharing any illegal, false, obscene, disgusting, insulting, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, racist, hate speech, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Publishing or distributing any content that may infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights;
• Obtaining, using, modifying, deleting, or destroying any data or functions in the Application without authorization;
• Maliciously spreading viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Application.

4. Chat Messages and Content Monitoring

4.1 The Application may allow users to interact with other users through built-in chat functions. You acknowledge and agree that all chat messages and content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, etc.) sent through the Application are your personal responsibility.

4.2 We reserve the right to monitor, review, and delete content posted by users in chats. If your chat messages or content violate the provisions of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting messages, suspending or permanently banning accounts.

4.3 Specifically, users shall not post the following inappropriate content through chat messages:

• Obscene or indecent content: Including but not limited to pornographic, disgusting, vulgar, tasteless, or obscene content;
• Harassment or threats: Including but not limited to any form of verbal or behavioral harassment, threats, intimidation, insults, or malicious attacks on others;
• Hate speech and discrimination: Including but not limited to racial discrimination, gender discrimination, religious discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, or other forms of prejudice and attacks;
• False information: Publishing misleading, false, defamatory, or inaccurate content;
• Malware or spam: Including viruses, malicious links, spam advertisements, or any content that attempts to disrupt the normal operation of the Application.

4.4 If any violation of the above provisions is discovered, users may report inappropriate behavior through the in-application reporting function. We will review based on the reports and take appropriate measures.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 The Application and all its content, functions, designs, graphics, and trademarks are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark law, and other relevant laws. Without our written authorization, you shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the content of the Application in any form.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1 We attach great importance to your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal information you provide when using the Application will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Please carefully read the Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and Termination of Services

7.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate part or all of the services of the Application at any time, especially when serious violations of this Agreement are detected.

7.2 You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Application.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 The Application is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuity, accuracy, or error-free service. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the Application shall be submitted to [specific court or arbitration institution] for resolution.

10. Other Provisions

10.1 The terms of this Agreement may be modified due to legal changes or company needs. Any modifications will be announced within the Application, and your continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
